What a bottler!

After shooting the last of the portraits for my coming exhibition, (George from Southern Wild Distillery), I decided it would be nice to bring a sample of the product he produces, home for my wife.

At first glance, what looks to be a pretty ordinary bottle…

…has a few surprises.

The bottle tapers from its shoulders to the base creating a magnifying effect for the interior labelling…something you don’t even see unless you look from the right angle.

So of course, I decided I needed to try and capture this in a photo…a bit of a challenge.

This will most likely be my last blog before the fat man in a red suit decides to bypass me…lol.
