Missing Month

Hi All…welcome back.

I have been very bad! … very bad at being regular with my blogs. As you have probably guessed from the title, I have managed to miss August totally. Where did it go? Time seems to be speeding up as I slow down. I blink and it’s next week already.

So, given that it has been so long between posts, there must be a bit for me to fill you in on…I just have to try and remember what :)

Ok…two very exciting things…I have new grand babies. Leo and Polly.

Both are gorgeous and thriving…with very proud parents and grandparents.

I continued my battle with the Nettar 6x6 fold-out camera…actually managing a couple of shots that I am happy with. However, the misses are just too much for me…finding a good composition and nice light…only to have it buggered by the camera’s focussing issues does my head in. I think it’s time to put it back on the shelf and move on.

My brewing exploits continue (along with the tasting of course) and mostly is quite successful. My latest brew into the fermentor is a Belgian Chocolate Stout complete with the addition of cacao and vanilla beans…I’m looking forward to sampling this one :)

There is probably heaps more I should be filling you in on, but my head just won’t go there :)

I will try and be a bit more timely with the next one.
