As mentioned in my last blog, I have been busy shooting one of my favourite regulars…Paper on Skin. The exhibition at the Devonport Gallery runs until July 30, but my bit is done and dusted. This year was the 10th anniversary and the first time it was held outside of Burnie.

For those of you not familiar … it is basically a competition for wearable art made primarily from paper. Entries come from all over the world, it has become a truly international competition, with this year’s winner from Japan. The pieces are truly amazing.

This year also saw a spin-off event…Paper off Skin…a competition for paper-based art.

Instead of me waffling on, how about I share some images. All of these are from the behind-the-scenes shoot of the Paper on Skin film. I hope you enjoy them.
